The tools show "buy" links next to cards so you can purchase them from a retailer. Where a retailer runs an affiliate program that MTG Life takes part in, those links may carry a referral code. If you make a purchase after clicking, the retailer may pay MTG Life a small commission. You pay exactly the same price either way.
Store links may point to TCGplayer, eBay, or Card Kingdom, among others. Each retailer sets its own prices, stock, and terms. MTG Life is not a store, does not hold inventory, and does not process payments.
Commissions never influence which cards a tool suggests. The Deck Cost Optimizer ranks swaps by what a card does, its price, and how often it is played, never by which retailer pays a commission. Prices shown are pulled from public data (Scryfall) and are the same whether or not a link earns anything.
