Different time windows. This list ranks by decks built in the past 7 days, so it tracks what is hot right now. EDHREC's commander pages display rank over a much longer period (roughly the past two years), so an evergreen favorite can sit higher there while ranking lower on this week's list, and a brand new commander can top this list before it climbs the long-term one.
What do the prices mean?
The price shown is the cheapest regular printing of the commander card itself (TCGplayer market, Near Mint), not the whole deck. To cheapen a deck, look each expensive card up in the free card search on this site and take one of the cards it lists as doing the same job.
